Ok, my Summertime favorite way to cook your chicken:
1 Nature's Gourmet Whole Chicken, cut up, breast meat removed from bones skin-on, thighs and leg quarters intact or separated. Don't forget those yummy wings!
Marinade: stir together
About 1/3 cup Dale's Steak Seasoning, reduced sodium type
2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
2-3 cloves minced garlic or 1 tablespoon prepared minced garlic
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons light cooking oil
Place chicken pieces in a zip-loc bag and pour marinade in over the chicken. Seal the bag and roll it around until all the chicken is covered.
Place bag in the fridge for 4-6 hours, taking the bag out and 'mushing' it around every hour or so to keep the marinade distributed.
Grill chicken on a medium-hot grill (slow) until meat reaches an internal temp of 160 for the breasts and wings, 165 for the thighs and legs.
Leftovers are great on a salad!
